California Court of Appeal

IN RE SMITH, H025304

Prisoner successfully challenged the Governor's reversal of a parole board decision, because record does not contain evidence to support some of Governor's findings. Trial court erred in granting the petition, however, without directing the Governor to vacate his decision reversing the Board.
