PEOPLE v. JENSEN, H024077

Conviction for attempted distribution or exhibition of harmful matter to a minor over the Internet, Penal Code sections 288.2(b) and 664, is reversed where the trial court prejudicially erred in defining the "intent or purpose of seducing" element of the offenses.
