Summary judgment was properly granted against plaintiff in a case alleging negligent disposal of decedent's body, conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. Hospital owed no duty of care to decedent's daughter, and no conversion occurred because there was no wrongful act of dominion or control over decedent's body.
