The district court's order of preliminary injunction is affirmed where the court properly enjoined defendant's advertising and reversed where it erred in allowing defendant to continue advertising optometric services with a disclaimer, and erred in enjoining defendant from charging a fee for dilating patients' eyes with eye drops.
