Conviction for drug-related offenses is affirmed where 1) the court properly denied two motions to continue, 2) defendant's Sixth Amendment right to retain counsel of his choice was not violated, 3) the court did not err by continuing the trial despite defendant's absence, and 4) prosecutorial misconduct did not amount to a denial of due process.
