PEOPLE v. SNYDER, a094701

Convictions for residential robbery, burglary, and automobile theft are affirmed where the court had no sua sponte duty to instruct on accomplice liability, defendant could not prove ineffective assistance of counsel, and the trial court properly instructed the jury pursuant to CALJIC No. 2.15 on possession of stolen property.
