The district court's order denying defendant's special motion to strike plaintiffs complaint under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16 is affirmed where, it was not error for the court to rely on evidence of events occurring subsequent to the filing of the complaint and plaintiff's entitlement to an injunction demonstrated that it had a reasonable probability of success on the merits.
