In a premises liability and negligence case, triable issues exist as to 1) the scope of the landowner's contractual duty to provide security, 2) whether the landowner breached that duty, and 3) whether there is a substantial link between alleged breaches and injuries suffered when plaintiffs were shot in front of the landowner's property.
