California Court of Appeal

HUYNH v. VU, A098568

In an action for a commission on sale of a parcel of commercial real property, husband was entitled to assert the common law manager's privilege in defense of a broker's tortious interference claim, since evidence at trial could support a conclusion that the predominant motive for husband's advice to seller was to further seller's interest.
