PEOPLE v. BEAUMONT INV., LTD., H021971
A mobilehome ordinance that protects park residents from unreasonable rent increases requires actual and personal residency in a mobilehome as a predicate to exemption from rent control, and dealer leases failed to meet the residency requirement. The court thus correctly determined that the dealer leases violate the ordinance.
