PEOPLE v. GRIGGS, F040410

Conviction of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition in violation of Penal Code sections 12021(a)(1), and 12316(b)(1), are affirmed. The trial court's failure to give a limiting instruction, sua sponte, concerning the stipulation that appellant had prior convictions, did not violate his due process rights.
