PEOPLE v. HILLHOUSE, G030277
The statutory provisions in Penal Code section 288a(g) and 289(b) were intended only to apply to acts committed against mentally disordered or disabled adults and cover different crimes, and contain different elements, than the provisions governing sexual contact with minors.
