Judgments on breach of contract, bad faith claim, and finding of liability for fraud are affirmed. Compensatory damages based on fraud and punitive damages award, which does not comport with due process under the US Supreme Court's recent decision, State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co. v. Campbell (2003) ___ U.S. ___ [123 S.Ct. 1513] must be remitted.
