LOSHONKOHL v. KINDER, D039267

Civil Code section 47.5, which creates an absolute privilege from liability for a publication made in any legislative or judicial proceeding or any other official proceeding authorized by law, is not unconstitutional under the First Amendment as improper content-based discrimination.
