BUSTAMONTE v. FLORES, B156613

Under Welfare and Institutions Code section 14124.72(c), a deceased minor was not a person entitled to bring an action or assert a claim to recover decedent's medical expenses, thus a Medi-Cal lien on plaintiff's recovery is improper.
