PEOPLE v. RICH, E031387

Appellate court's denial of defendant's petition for a writ of mandate is the law of the case and precludes defendant's appeal on the ground of violation of the venue provisions of Penal Code section 777. Defendant's sentence was properly enhanced under section 12022.3 as that section is directed at the very sexual crimes for which defendant was convicted.
