PALMER v. SCHINDLER ELEVATOR CORP., B147480

In an action for injuries sustained when an elevator suddenly dropped several floors, exclusion of the details of plaintiff's past personal difficulties was not error, and evidence presented by a neuroimaging expert witness was not prejudicial. Plaintiff was not entitled to enhanced fees and costs under Code of Civil Procedure section 998.
