PEOPLE v. WHITE, A094900, A096512

Officer's error of law, that Arizona issues two license plates per car, though made in good faith, cannot form the basis for a vehicle stop. Evidence produced at defendant's motion to suppress failed to establish a reasonable basis for believing the car's air freshener reduced the driver's clear view.
