PEOPLE EX REL. ALLSTATE INS. CO. v. WEITZMAN, B151252

Insurance Code section 1871.7(h)(2) does not jurisdictionally bar plaintiff from pursuing the present case for insurance fraud, over defendants' assertions that the "public disclosure" and "original source" rules prevent this qui tam action from being heard.
