Use of such names as "Legal Aid" and "Legal Aid Services" in connection with non-attorney eviction typing services mislead the public and amounted to a violation of the State Bar Act (Bus. & Prof. Code, section 6125, SBA), the UDAA and the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civ. Code, section 1750 et seq., CRA).
