PEOPLE v. BRITT, C033771

A registered sex offender who fails to notify law enforcement of his change of address when moving from one county to another can be prosecuted in one county for the failure to notify police that he was leaving the county, and then be prosecuted separately in the other county for the failure to register when taking up residence there, pursuant to Pen. Code, section 290(a) and (f).
