MORENO v. SANCHEZ, B145698

Because one year from the "date of the inspection" can be an unreasonably short period of time to discover a home inspector's breach, a cause of action against a home inspector accrues when the buyer discovers, or through the exercise of reasonable diligence should have discovered, the breach. A home inspector is not immune from tort liability.
