California Court of Appeal

TUCHSCHER DEV. ENTERS., INC. v. SAN DIEGO UNIFIED PORT DIST., D038811

Where the proposed development of Crystal Bay is a matter of public interest, defendants' statements and writings fall within section 425.16(e)(4) of the anti-SLAPP statute. Since plaintiff failed to meet its burden to establish a probability of prevailing on the merits of its cause of action for inducing breach of contract, motion to strike is affirmed.
