BRADLEY v. PERRODIN, B156528
In a case involving two election contests, the trial court's judgment is reversed and the winning candidate is reinstated as mayor, while in the city council race, annullment of the winning candidate's election is affirmed for having committed offenses against the elective franchise. The portion of the judgment for the challenger based on name-order error is also reversed.
