PEOPLE v. CEJA, B157257

Multiple convictions affirmed where defendant has failed to demonstrate that: (1) counsel was ineffective; (2) the request to represent himself was not timely made; (3) the court abused its discretion in denying the continuance; and (4) the court did not err in removing the issue of sanity from the jury.
