In a three count information, once the jury finds defendant had previously been convicted of a violent felony, the sentence as to all counts must be doubled pursuant to Pen. Code sections 667(e)(1) and 1170.12(c)(1), subject to the trial court's exercise of its power to strike the prior conviction finding.
