Under the principles articulated in the People v. Luttenberger, 50 Cal.3d 1 (1990), the trial court did not have the discretion to deny a motion for an in camera hearing, on the ground that defendant had presented an inadequate challenge to the presumptively true allegations of a search warrant affidavit.
