VENEGAS v. COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, B148398

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action based on search and seizure, resolution of conflicts in evidence is for the jury, so that the issue of probable cause essentially becomes a jury question. Nonsuit was improperly granted on claims for unlawful detention and arrest.
