When a defendant is convicted of a violent and nonviolent felony in separate proceedings and receives a consecutive sentence, presentence credits on both offenses are subject to the limitation under Penal Code section 2933.1(c), even if presentence custody time on the nonviolent offense was served before commission of the violent offense.
