HILLENBRAND v. INS. CO. OF N. AM., C030059

A jury's finding of an insurance company's malicious prosecution of two lawsuits is supported by substantial evidence. Civil Code section 2351 does not allow a corporation to exonerate itself from liability as an agent, by delegating its obligations to its own employees.
