YBARRA v. WORKERS' COMP. APPEAL BD., B156948
A Workers' Compensation Appeal Board decision, allowing a reduction of claimant's workers' compensation award by the amount of his disability retirement pension, was erroneous inasmuch as the pension was based solely upon claimant's work-related orthopedic injuries, and was unrelated to the workers- compensation award for other conditions.
