PEOPLE v. HOARD, E030278

Aggravated kidnapping convictions are reversed where defendant's movement of the victims was merely incidental to a robbery and did not increase the risk of harm to them. Carjacking conviction is affirmed although defendant took victim's keys from her while her car was parked outside the store in a parking lot.
