Because each of three counties in which defendant committed offenses qualified as "the county in which the person was convicted of the offense for which he or she was committed to the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections" under the Sexually Violent Predators Act (SVPA), each county had jurisdiction over SVPA proceedings.
