In a suit to redress an improper debt collection practice of Virginia banks against California residents, judgment for bank defendants is reversed, and the order denying banks' motion to strike under the anti-SLAPP statute is affirmed. Plaintiffs' request for attorney's fees and costs in connection with the motion to strike is denied.
