California Court of Appeal

PRATO-MORRISON v. DOE, B151028

Where the plaintiffs filed suit to determine whether genetic material they deposited at a fertility clinic had made its way into defendant's twins, motion to quash and dismissal of the complaint is affirmed. Even assuming a genetic connection between the plaintiffs and the twins, the best interests of the children dictate the result reached by the trial court.
