CITY OF ORANGE v. SAN DIEGO COUNTY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT ASS'N, B154493

Because an oral option contract was deemed enforceable, defendant was bound by the settlement agreement formed when plaintiffs accepted its offer. Thus, damage award for defendant-s breach of settlement is affirmed.
