California Court of Appeal

PEOPLE v. WILLIAMS, B152020

Trial court's allowing a prosecuting witness to testify by prior videotape recording did not deny defendant the right to confront witnesses, to be present at trial, or due process, where the tape was recorded while the witness was in the courtroom and cross-examined, and while appellant was in a detention cell wired so he could hear the witness and communicate with counsel.
