AM. VANTAGE COS. v. TABLE MOUNTAIN RANCHERIA, F038121

The Indian Gaming Regulation Act (IGRA) completely preempts state law with respect to regulation of Indian gaming activity, but where contracts at issue are not on their face subject to the IGRA and only state law claims are implicated, a breach of contract complaint did not involve a federal question.
