A new criminal trial required where the trial court erred by: 1) asking a deadlocked jury questions that revealed the identity of the lone holdout juror; 2) allowing the prosecution to examine that juror; and, 3) allowing testimony only from certain jurors during a hearing on good faith deliberation.
