PEOPLE v. BAILEY, H021567

A gang registration requirement, imposed as a condition of probation under the Gang Violence and Juvenile Crime Prevention Act of 1998, was not an ex post facto law. Statutory duties of registrants are not vague, and do not violate freedom of speech or association, or the Fifth and Sixth Amendments.
