PEOPLE v. CALABRESE, G027096
The Fourth Amendment does not require that police officers executing a search warrant display the warrant or provide defendant with a copy. Penal Code section 1202.45 requires imposition of a restitution fine when a prison sentence has been imposed but its execution suspended.
