FURMAN v. DEP'T OF MOTOR VEHICLES, H022764

The DMV failed to establish that a forensic alcohol analysis document had been prepared by a person with an official duty, thus the document would have been inadmissible over a hearsay objection in a civil action, and was incompetent evidence to support suspension of a license.
