PEOPLE v. ZANDRINO, A095434

In challenges to the application of limitations periods and tolling for criminal offenses, Penal Code section 805.5 does not bar prosecution of earlier offenses; Penal Code section 803(g) is not unconstitutional as an ex post facto law, and is not impermissibly vague.
