California Court of Appeal

PEOPLE v. FULTON, D036550

Although Penal Code section 1202.4(f)(3) authorizes restitution only for that portion of attorney fees attributable to a victim's recovery of economic damages for personal injury, a $25,000 restitution award in a driving under the influence case was reasonable.
