WESTERFIELD v. SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY (PEOPLE), D040021

In a murder trial with the special circumstance of possession of child pornography, Penal Code section 311.1 does not prohibit the copying of computer-stored and video images of child pornography for use by the defense at trial, and the district attorney would not violate the law if he did so.
