California Court of Appeal
LASICH v. LASICH, C039957
An order granting a mother's petition to move with her minor children from California to Spain was properly based on the current actual custody arrangement and status of the parties, and did not amount to an impermissible collateral attack on a prior order of joint custody; burden was properly placed on father to show detriment to the children which would result from the move.
