DELANEY v. DAHL, G026036

In appeals from judgment on a binding arbitration award in a legal malpractice suit, the arbitrator had authority to award attorney's fees and to add a party name to the "disposition" section of the award, and such an amendment was timely where made prior to judicial confirmation.
