In an appeal from conviction for solicitation to commit murder, 1) admission of evidence of prior acts of domestic violence and solicitation was proper, and 2) jury instruction, permitting a finding of guilt by proof less than beyond a reasonable doubt, did not affect the verdict and was thus harmless.
