WILKERSON v. SULLIVAN, D038688

After appellant moved successfully to strike a SLAPP complaint, seeking to prevent or limit anti-abortion demonstrations at Planned Parenthood facilities, she was entitled to recover attorney's fees reasonably incurred in defending against the ensuing appeal, even though the appeal was voluntarily dismissed prior to filing of opening briefs.
