ROSEN v. STATE FARM GEN. INS. CO., B146516

A homeowner's policy that expressly defines the term "collapse" as "actually fallen down or fallen into pieces" provides coverage for imminent collapse, thus an insured is entitled to benefits after removal and repair of deteriorated decks as recommended by a contractor.
